The world’s finest road cycling exhibition
The inaugural Rouleur Classic was a show like no other.
“A free bar in the world’s best bike shop, staffed by the world’s greatest riders and bike gurus”
Rouleur Classic launched in spectacular style in 2015, celebrating the 70th birthday of Eddy Merckx, the greatest cyclist of all time.
With appearances from Merckx himself, as well as Contador, Cancallara, Millar, Armitstead and many more legends over the three days, it truly was an event to remember. The 30 brands present showcased some stunning bikes and products, the collections of jerseys and bikes we'd curated drew lot's of interest and we were delighted to receive such fantastic feedback from everyone involved.
We hope you are looking forward to the 2016 event as much as we are...
Artisan beer, risotto cooked by a pro-team chef and enough pedigree race machines to equip a peloton would make for a special evening. But at the Rouleur Classic there was real drama – among the bike fans walking round the impressive venue were some of the biggest names in cycling history. I shook hands with Alberto Contador, spoke to Fabian Cancellara, David Millar and Lizzie Armitstead and listened to Ned Boulting chatting to Eddy Merckx. Truly an amazing night to remember.
I was blown away by the effort that went into providing a great show. From the bikes on show to the speakers, it was beyond my expectations.
The Rouleur Classic was absolutely stunning – WOW.
A brilliantly curated and perfectly executed event.
That was one of the best nights out I have ever had.
Loved it. Even managed to get a snap with Alberto!
What an amazing show!! It really was something special!
What a night, all those heroes in one room!
I knew it would be good, but it was exponentially better than I imagined.
What a fabulous show! It actually looks like it’s been running for a few years, very well executed with a brilliant mix of brands. We actually spent a lot longer looking around than anticipated. Very interesting – congratulations
