After a fantastic first outing, Rouleur Classic returns in November with some exciting new additions and changes
We’re very excited to be able to share some of the details of 2016 with you - the Classic will be held in a new Central London venue: Victoria House, near Holborn station, enabling us to provide even more amazing content while keeping the event’s intimacy.
We’re delighted to be officially partnered with all three grand tours, each day of the Rouleur Classic will be inspired by the biggest races on earth: the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia and Vuelta a España.
There will of course be a stellar lineup of guests joining us at the event, Race Director Christian Prudhomme will be presenting the recently released Tour de France route, Eurosport’s Sean Kelly will bring his trophy collection, Storck’s Jan Ullrich will make a rare public appearance and other legends of the sport like Sean Yates, David Millar and Kenny Van Vlaminck are already confirmed.
There will be many more special guests and details confirmed over the coming months - we’re very proud to have created an event that pro riders want to attend.
Whilst retaining that intimate feel, the event will be 20% larger in 2016 with over 40 premium marques set to be in attendance, including Cervélo, Colnago, Campagnolo, Scott, Specialized and Lightweight. They’ll be bringing the best of their collections to the show and we eagerly await the bespoke finishes, acclaimed bikes and new product launches.
The Rouleur Classic will again host an abundance of racing nostalgia and memorabilia; Sean Kelly’s personal trophy collection will be joined by an extraordinary collection of vintage jerseys from our friends at Prendas, Team Sky photographer Scott Mitchell will be displaying a gallery showing the history of the team and we’ll be confirming much more truly special content soon.
